I was a patient of Dr. Williams for 30 years. The only reason I left was because of insurance reasons. He's been an amazing doctor....almost a friend. I can't speak for everyone, but as someone who's been to the same doctor for 30 years, it's been an awesome experience. The one very negative review - appears to be based on one visit. I've never waited 45 minutes, and usually see him not the PA (but I think seeing PA's directly is sad change in the industry).

Rude and ill mannered and a bunch of chicken with their heads cut off is the best way to describe this place. While waiting for 45 minutes for my appointment and being spoken to like I was a bother for them. Over crowded and you mainly see a PA instead of the doctor. No thanks. The old hen/hag that is the office manager could careless about what her staff says to patients. It's a numbers game for them.

I feel confident in the care I receive from Dr. William and his NP Amanda. The staff is friendly, even during the stress of COVID, and my appointments are always timely. I also enjoy the video appointments when appropriate.
