There are not enough words to describe how amazing the Hillcrest Home Health team is. Not only highly professional, but also unbelievably caring. When my dad needed the extra help, they went above and beyond to ensure he had the best staff to meet his needs. And that staff was awesome as well — quickly becoming part of the family and taking such great care of my dad. I am so incredibly thankful for their support during a very difficult time.
We were so lucky to find Hillcrest Home Health. We needed help with our Mom and they made everything so easy for us! I called them on a Monday and they were there that day taking over the night shift for us. The caregivers are wonderful and did more than we could ever ask for! Thank you so very much!!
I highly recommend this agency. The administrators were exceptionally caring and responsive. Most of the home care helpers were excellent; the couple of times we had concerns, our concerns were addressed completely to our satisfaction. We would definitely use Hillcrest Home Health again.
Loved working here but never loved how the office manager Emily and director Marquette treated their scheduler Rose whenever they made mistakes they would blame it on her when you had clearly talked to them about it ...
