Savannah was the best. Very thorough and helpful. Wish I could have her assist with bathing every week.
I had shoulder surgery but had very limited mobility as both arms were affected. The Hillcrest home health team I had was phenomenal! Michelle, my PT took such good care of me. She cared about the whole person not just my shoulder-that really impressed me! She also was very good at educating me! Lindsey, my occupational therapist worked on my shoulder exercises and really helped me be independent as far as dressing myself and such!! She was so supportive and helpful!!! All of the Hillcrest staff I interacted, Nicole-intake, Erin-PT, Chris-OT, Savannah-Bath aide, and Michelle-PT (case manager) were exceptional! They were on time, friendly and very thorough with my needs. They were helpful and kind. I enjoyed my "banter" with them. They all deserve a raise. You can contact me if you need more information. SB
The staff that assisted me in occupational therapy, physical therapy, and showering, we're very professional. Brittany was my OT therapist, Stacy was my PT therapist and Savannah assisted in showers. I recommend all three very highly.
