Esperando más de una semana mi cita, muy importante para mi, estando en la ducha sonó una sola vez mi cel; aún no eran las 8;45 am y al no contestar dicha llamada. Llame de regreso me identifico y me comunica la telefonista que ya habían cancela mi cita, sin siquiera eran las 9:00 am. Mis argumentos fueron inútiles, ahí se demuestra la falta de empatía y corazón, por eso dicen que las consultas son impersonales no hay ese interés por parte del galeno y menos de sus subordinados.
Arbitrarily cancelled my appointment and instead of telling me the front desk (Chloe) decided to make up a fairy tale about my appointment being across the street. Evelyn (who made the appointment) was sitting right there while all this was happening, didn’t say a word and then tried to act like she was doing me a favor by making another appointment several months out knowing that I already waited several months for the appointment they arbitrarily canceled. Dental Annex 3rd floor The best ever cleaning I’ve ever had! Such care, gentleness, efficiency and precision! Best dental touch and water suction performance /scraping by Dr Johnson and Guadalupe. They made my experience pure pleasure. Wonderful paperwork kindness and efficiency by Genevieve at front office. My teeth and me felt so loved and well cared for. I know this sounds so over the top but that’s what it felt like. Quality of care A+. Thank you to all staff!
Dr Johnson flirted with his assistant in front of me. As well as he got corrected by her about my filling. Then instead of doing two fillings as what I had expected with my front tooth filling only taking 20 minutes he had me schedule for another day. If I had known previously i would of booked all my appointments because now I have to wait another 2 months for the next availability.
