The initial visit went well. The PA tried to get me a sinus scan. We ran into problems with insurance. I've called back many times over the past month to ask what the status is with no call back. I ended up going somewhere else due to the poor communication even after talking to someone. They seem well intended. but too busy so the standard of care and communication suffers.

I got a septoplasty and turbinate reduction to correct my deviated septum about a year ago, primarily because it was really affecting my sleep. Dr. Donaldson told me the surgery was just what I needed. The surgery didn't do anything. I can still feel that my septum is definitely shifted to one side, and I still struggle with the same sleep problems. If you are considering getting a septoplasty/turbinate reduction, just go somewhere else.

I had a sinus infection and was finally told to get an MRI. I am claustrophobic so I was very anxious. I left a message with Hillcrest about what can I take for it and no one called back. I found a place with "open" MRI. Although it was open on the sides, no one told me I had to wear a helmet covering my entire face except my eyes, so I couldn't see out of the open sides.
