I would give this facility 0 stars if I could. We've been waiting approximately 8 months for an evaluation appointment resulting from how disorganized and unprofessional this office is. Among other reasons, their referral processor apparently just walked away from her job without notice and no one bothered to assume her job responsibilities leaving dozens of patients in the lurch. Tried to get my daughter seen to be tested for ADHD and anxiety. First virtual appointment was fine. Then I did all the survey sheets about her behavior. Second virtual appointment Dr. Pena never showed. I waited over 45 minutes. The office rescheduled for a few days later. Next virtual appointment I waited 10 minutes past appointment time and yet again Dr. Pena never showed. I’m a very understanding person. Things happen. But twice in a row and no communication. Nope. I was emailing someone to schedule my daughter a psychiatric appointment. Time went by, and I had to reach out about what I was waiting on. I was told the paperwork. I did that. Then had to wait longer and by the time I could schedule an appointment it was over s month away. Then I get informed an opening popped up for a couple of weeks earlier. I took that. I've finally had enough of being tossed around and abandoned by the therapists employed here. I'm pretty sure Hillcrest has done more to erode my mental health and trust in therapy as a whole than to help it. Bye.

My five stars are for Trever. He’s been the best I could ask for over the course of the past year and change. Even when he relocated, he was able to keep me as a patient through Telehealth. He was a helpful marriage counselor when my ex and I tried to reconcile, and he has been a great counselor to me, always offering suggestions on how I can address the challenges of single motherhood. As far as Hillcrest itself goes, they left a bad taste in my mouth when they terminated my child’s therapist, didn’t tell us, cancelled her ... read more
