this place is the reason my father is in icu my mom and I have called many times to say he needs to be sent out and they have neglected him I have photos of the piss soaked mess he was left in and his sores on his legs he is now on a vent in icu with possible cabornnoxid poisoning just so you know if he dies there will be a major law suit!!
It could be clean the staff about half, have no idea what their jobs are. This place is poorly run. I'm surprised COVID-19 didn't get here before Williamstown Commons as many of the staff don't adhere to wearing masks and washing/ disinfecting of hands.
NO STARS. Rude, inconsiderate and heartless.
My Aunt was staying here and everytime we visited her she was wet, and her bed was wet, or she was waiting to go to the bathroom forever. I even asked her if itvwas a good place and she said no, the people don't take good care of me. I hated to leave her but she needed special CARE.
RecommendedI was at Hillcrest for 8 months I received excellent care. The PT and OT staff were fabulous and helped me greatly. The Resportory staff was amazing, love them, helped me with weaning from vent and taking such good care of trach. The CNAS and Nurses were great as well.
My Mom was sent there for cardiac rehab. This place isn’t fit to take care of livestock!! My mother’s basic needs weren’t met and on the 3rd day she was there they sent her by ambulance overnight to BMC and NEVER bothered to contact the family!!! She sat in the ER all alone for over 6 hours!!! After addressing the situation with the shift nurse all she say was “ I just assumed the family was called” The staff failed us and most of all failed my Mother. My brother in law's mom is kept in this place as a prisoner. Their stunts are limitless and without shame. They have created a falsified portfolio of her health. She was meant to be a temporary resident for the sole purpose of rehab required by insurance before she could return home. Since then, the staff has entered her account and changed this place as her permanent residence on her insurance, causing her housing to drop her.
