This is specifically for Hillcrest imaging department. It’s been 4 days since I paid for X-Rays on my foot, and they have still yet to deliver the results. At other places that do X-Rays you will know the results within 20 minutes. Do not use their X-Ray department.
I needed to have a drug test done for my pending employment and seeing how the facility was open until 7pm that was really convenient for me. I arrived around 4pm and the waiting room was empty, the receptionist was rather rude, short and seemed quite annoyed that I was there interrupting her TikTok doom scrolling. I had to wait 3 hours with my 5 year old, with about 5 patients in front of me from the waiting room. 5 patients should not take 3 hours!
My family and I come to the clinic mostly when we need to be seen right away that isn't ER related. They always take care of my family and I am most appreciative of their services. They do the best they can, always professional.
Always an incredible experience every time I come. They’re always so quick to help me and my little ones.
