While, the urgent care clinic and imaging departments are excellent and never in my history of going there have I experienced an negative issue. It's their billing/collections department that needs improvement. I received a rude and matter-of-fact voicemail claiming I was being sent to collections for a past-due balance of a whopping $117.00 — yet I never received any statement or bill beforehand.
