He and his wife Kristi relocated to Clarksville after practicing in two of the most successful chiropractic offices in Tennessee. Dr. Garrett's office is wonderful. The office staff and all the employees are always friendly and professional. My husband and I are very happy to have them take care of dental needs.

At the urging of a friend, I went to see Dr. Garrett. I was immediately comfortable with his staff and Rebecca his hygienist is wonderful. I met Dr. Garrett and knew I was once again, in good hands. Everything was explained in detail that I needed to have done. I feel like I have come home again.
I've been going to Dr. Garrett for over 30 years. He and his staff have always been super friendly and courteous, and I always feel welcome when I go there. Thank you all!!!
