I am a new patient to Hillcrest Dental Assoc. and I was very impressed on my first visit. First, when I called to set up an appointment they were unfortunately booked; however, not even an hour later I recieved a call back to be told that there was a cancellation and that I could now take that slot. Dr Boyd and the staff at Hillcrest Dental were so courteous and caring. I received excellent care, and I appreciate their professionalism.
I am ALWAYS nervous when I go to the doctor or to the dentist. The dental hygienist sought to make me as comfortable as possible and explained every procedure in detail to help alleviate my anxiety. Have been going to Dr. Garrett for over 30+ years and I've always received the best of care whether it's for a 6 month check-up or an unexpected visit due to an unexpected dental problem. Everyone is so caring and so friendly. Thank you to Dr. Garrett and all his staff.
