We have been sitting in the waiting room in the ER for 4 1/2 hours so far. No estimate on how much longer we will be waiting. The family who was sitting with us was finally seen. They told us only TWO beds in the ER were in use. They waited 4 hours to get 2 staples in their four-year-old's gash to the side of his head. The triage nurse has been curt and short with everyone.
