I hired Hillco Land Management / Hillco Tree Company / Monte Mitchel to selectively clear our property and he never completed the job. I had walked the property with him, pointed out the areas to be cleared, identified and marked trees to save, showed him old piles that needed to be moved/burned and we negotiated a fair price.
