Been living here for 5+ years and haven’t had any major complaints, not much noise, crime is not that bad since there is crime all over Dallas.. apartments are overall clean since we moved in, I haven’t had any bed bugs or roaches in our apartments as of yet. So far it’s been decent, also it’s really affordable. If you’re not responsible in any complex then you will have problems.
