They are unprofessional and unethical ... I do NOT recommend them. They do not function on principle and neither does their employees as evidenced by two of their employees damaging our lawn and not taking responsibility to repair it. Show some respect for property owners and stay off peoples lawns. My advice is, If you can’t drive find another profession. P.S. My boyfriend Brian is a truck driver for Stephens Pipe and Steel and was broke down up in Fairmont West Virginia with a blown tire. He called and they came out to help him so he could get his deliveries made. He said they were great people and really enjoyed their company and also said they did a fantastic job on the truck!
After getting our 26’ uhaul stuck as we were leaving for NC, these guys came in a timely manner and had us out in no time! Helped us with so much! Highly recommend them!
They drive up an down the interstate taking people cars then lie bout it. Operate in counties they don't even have a contract in. They don't follow the law an when cops call them they somehow have the car. An try to charge you for it even though the cops didn't call them to tow it. Way to go you thrives soon you will be prosecuted for grand theft auto.
