How can you justify charging over $1,000 an hour, because we were out of state residents? Way to high priced.
Their "fees" for out-of-state residents is ridiculous. I will be contacting the BBB.
RecommendedJust want to rave about this company and their services. We had a truck break down away from home. So between a road call, a tow to their shop, parts, and service I was holding my breath to get their bill. As most truckers know, over the road calls and repairs and especially towing can cost double, even triple, what the normal amount should be. But nothing was overpriced or inflated, they took good care of our driver, and I can not recommend them enough!!!
Recommendedwas on the road working and had a wheel bearing go out on my trailer. they let me drop off at their shop and leave it to get repairs done. they were kind enough to let me leave it with them for a week till I came back up north to work. I really appreciated that!
