The process was quick and easy! Great deals for black Friday and very friendly helpers. Most staff were excellent, except for Kaitlynn who checked me out. I tried to be patient and kind because I know its black Friday, but despite me coming in with an exact list of what I wanted, she was incredibly short with me. The staff at Hillberg & Berk are amazing. I had a hard time finding jewelry for my partner and they were so accommodating. The staff there took so much time to show me different things and really made me feel that caring customer service vibe that I should feel. One individual that stood out to me was Jordyn, her energy and attentiveness for her job really made the experience so much better. I will be back and plan to tell me friends and family about my experience!
