I’m so disappointed with my first visit to Hillberg & Berk. The employee, Kaitlyn, seemed completely out of it and not in a state to help customers. It was uncomfortable enough that I didn’t even want to buy anything. For a store that’s supposed to be professional, this was honestly embarrassing. Management needs to step up.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at HillbergandBerk recently. Will not be shopping here anymore. One of the employees, Kaitlyn, seemed completely unprofessional and visibly under the influence during my visit. It was clear she was extremely high and not in a state to be assisting customers. Her lack of focus and disengaged attitude made the experience uncomfortable for me and honestly super embarrassing for a brand that prides itself on elegance and professionalism.
