Hey building mgmt: i can't speak for the store or the staff but can someone fix the sagging "L" on the south facing, exterior side of the store?. It looks awful. Thanks!

I had a very disappointing experience at this Hillberg & Berk location. When I visited the store, the manager did not greet me or acknowledge me as a customer. Instead, she chose to assist another customer while avoiding me, which made me feel unwelcome and disrespected. When I later followed up about my interview process, she was dismissive and acted as though she had never met me, despite our previous interaction. I love the jewelry and all things sparkly. My first experience there was top notch. However, I went in on the 7th of December for a bracelet repair. There were 4 staff there - all behind the desk. I walked in with my husband and said I needed my bracelet repaired. The staff member told me "...it may look like we're not busy but we are so this is going to take a while." Which was fine, we had other shopping to do. I got a call in about 30 minutes that the bracelet was done but it was too tight. It needed a few more beads to b... read more
