I have been a repeated customer of Hilberg and Berk for several years and I can tell you the service is outstanding! The staff is attentive, and knows items to suggest and helps you make an informed decision on your jewelry. I have several H & B pieces now and all of them are in excellent shape, despite several years of use.

I used to be a very loyal customer, however when you buy these products they dont tell you how there practically single use. After 5 months of wear my gold plating was completely rubbed off, I had been fighting with management to help me since it is quite expensive, i never got them wet, used harsh chemicals around them, and have an airtight case I store them in.
