I have spent a lot of money on this jewelry over the years. I recently purchased this ring. A diamond fell out. Went in today to see what they can do for me. They said they can't add a diamond. But I could buy another ring and get 25 percent off. I won't buy from them anymore. Very disappointed.
Received Christmas gift last year... Wore probably 10 times. Stones missing !! Yet have stud earrings love them Wear them all the time. Very disappointed!

I had a very disappointing experience at this Hillberg & Berk location. When I visited the store, the manager did not greet me or acknowledge me as a customer. Instead, she chose to assist another customer while avoiding me, which made me feel unwelcome and disrespected. When I later followed up about my interview process, she was dismissive and acted as though she had never met me, despite our previous interaction.
