I had a very disappointing experience at this Hillberg & Berk location. When I visited the store, the manager did not greet me or acknowledge me as a customer. Instead, she chose to assist another customer while avoiding me, which made me feel unwelcome and disrespected. When I later followed up about my interview process, she was dismissive and acted as though she had never met me, despite our previous interaction. I love the jewelry and all things sparkly. My first experience there was top notch. However, I went in on the 7th of December for a bracelet repair. There were 4 staff there - all behind the desk. I walked in with my husband and said I needed my bracelet repaired. The staff member told me "...it may look like we're not busy but we are so this is going to take a while." Horrible customer service. I walked into this tiny store with two other customer already inside. There was two workers present, not only did they not help or offer any greetings to me. The worker decided to move from behind counter to stand in the corner of the store and watch me . It was only after I headed for the exit I was asked I needed help,
