The staff is attentive, and knows items to suggest and helps you make an informed decision on your jewelry. I have several H & B pieces now and all of them are in excellent shape, despite several years of use.

I used to be a very loyal customer, however when you buy these products they dont tell you how there practically single use. After 5 months of wear my gold plating was completely rubbed off, I had been fighting with management to help me since it is quite expensive, i never got them wet, used harsh chemicals around them, and have an airtight case I store them in. I purchased a necklace and a letter pendant from here less than a year ago, the pendant is now bent and when I bought it I was told I would have a year to use my warranty in case anything went wrong with it. When I came to hillberg and berk I was told that their policies had changed and that is now considered “wear and tear” and I was offered only 25% off a new pendant I have had for less than a year. hillberg and berk is not a cheap jewellery store, they could definitely do a better job taking care of their customers issues... read more

I have spent a lot of money on this jewelry over the years. I recently purchased this ring. A diamond fell out. Went in today to see what they can do for me. They said they can't add a diamond. But I could buy another ring and get 25 percent off. I won't buy from them anymore. Very disappointed.
