Hillary's Salon and Boutique is very inviting and friendly. Peggy Gearhart is the absolute best. Always surpasses my expectations with my hair. Whether a style, cut or color, she always hits the mark and makes me feel glamorous. Fantastic people. Feels like home when I come by.
