I have never had any problems with my unit or the staff members. When I've called them, they were kind and courteous.

I moved from a unit to a bigger one and the transition/ billing went smoothly. I have had no problems with with the unit and am considering a bigger one. Only downside to this one is there is no light inside the unit where there was with the other. Prices are great. I would recommend Storage Depot to anyone.
