Poor experience, we will will not return. Experience was generally unprofessional, confusing and manipulative. Two long appointments (one telemedicine pre-appt) and one two+ hour appointment for son’s annual exam. He never wants to go to another eye appointment, ever. They said it was “thorough”. He was told to buy glasses he didn’t need (he already had a pair) and thankfully my husband got there in time as they were telling him to sign for new $300 glasses.
