Writing this on behalf of my sister: I have been a tenant at Hilltop Terrace apartments for the last 20 years and have found the building very secure and extremely clean. Any time that there was a maintenance issue, it would be resolved quickly. I’d like to thank the manager of the complex, Arin who has kept the building and the parking lot secure with ample cameras and lights. As well as always being available to assist as needed.
