I reserved an 11 appointment time last week to have three rims put on my car. at least seven customers without reservations came through while I still sat and after they were serviced and left. At 2:00 I asked for my car back and absolutely nothing was done except they lost a piece of my trunk lock. the lady behind the counter was very nice as was the mechanic but utterly ineffective. it made me waste the best part of my Saturday for a job that shouldn't have taken more than 15 minutes.
better faster service it should not take over 6 hours to do an oil change and front end alignment and then say you can't do the alignment
Worst experience every I took my truck to get the oil changed at 2pm the kid working the front desk said it would be about a hour to be finished. I call back at 4 pm to see if the truck is ready same kid working front desk said it’s almost ready. I get back a little after 4 to pick it up same kid at front desk says oh we haven’t started on it yet sorry we will do it now. This company is selling services and parts that are not needed. daughter went today with slow leak in tire and they claimed tire could not be repaired. She took it to another tire store and had it repaired. In last two months i have taken three vehicles for oil changes, and they told me each one needed new shocks. Two of these vehices have less than 60,000 miles. they get you in the door and try to sell you things you dont need. BEWARE
Horrible experience! Mavis Tire is a joke and does not deserve to be in this town!
After the way I was treated when I asked to check a the for a possible nail, I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. Really sucks that the Hill's sold out to this bunch of inbreds but, the money they were offered would make anyone sell their business...... Don't believe the reviews below that give 5 stars, those were back before the Hill's sold out.
3 hours and waiting to get 1 tire replaced and check engine light , pathetic, negative 5 stars
If you want your car fix take it somewhere else. They will not fix the problem the first time. I spent almost $1500 and three trips and it is still not fixed.
Place is a joke sent my girlfriend there to get my truck alignment done then they try to sell her other parts 2 lower ball joints and 2 swaybar links for 500$ I work on cars and know how much parts are I checked the ball joints there not bad and you dont need sway bar links to do a alignment told her she had to have them dont take your cars there that's crazy
