The employees are nice, but $42 and 1.5hr for a patch for a nail in tire, yeah no thanks. Even when they said I was next in line and it’d only take 30minutes.
I will never go back, and I will never recommend them EVER! I placed an order for tires Thursday was told they would be in Friday and made an appointment to have them put on this morning at 8am Saturday. At about 9:30 they notified me the tires I ordered had not come in, the order was canceled! So I’ve been sitting here for about an hour and a half with my truck on a lift and all my tires taken off to be informed they didn’t have the new set. Recommendedthese people are so nice. they took care of me and my mom. I recommend them to anyone. I know they get alot of negative feedback but I think there are awesome
I know it took them three hours and 10 minutes to balance and rotate my tires and front-end alignment. And there was only two people ahead of us when we got there. Well not ever go back.
These guys are a joke.Made a appt like they wanted and sat 2 hours past the appt. to get my car started.Watched them to see why it was taking so long and it's because theae young guys they have back there work for 5 min and smoke for 10.Managment right along side them smoking and talking also..They not gonna last long here..Come take a look,for yourself.
