Absolutely excellent service. Diamond in the office was very communicative, gave work updates and explanations, and the two mechanics working were speedy and professional. As a woman who has had numerous bad experiences at other mechanic shops this not only was a fantastic experience, but I immediately recommended them to every other woman I knew in need.

I made an online appointment for 1PM. I checked in (on time) and told them I was going to wait on my vehicle. An hour went by and so I inquired about the status of my vehicle, and it wasn't even touched. At that time, they told me that one tech didn't come in that day and the other tech is in training and slower and that they were 2-3 hours behind.
