Awesome company. I have been a extreamly satisfied customer for 7 plus years. The products are great. The customer service is guick to solve any issues I have had and always made up for it. I will continue to buy my meats from Hills Home Market for as long as I live in New England.
It’s a giant scam. They use high pressure sales tactics and can’t/wont explain anything with clarity. I wouldn’t allow these people in my home again. They also fraudulently opened a charge account in my name without a signature or a social! Explain that to me please. And forgot trying to even talk to these people they are rude and unprofessional. The food sucks too.
We are very pleased with Hill's Home Market and their affiliate, Carico. The meat they deliver frozen is prime grade. The burgers, ribeyes and porterhouse are superb. Other meat, poultry and seafood are great. We started with their stand-up freezer and it's awesome. Then, got some bedding and stainless steel titanium cookware, all of which hold up well! Proceed with caution! There is no clarity with the cost of individual items you are purchasing. They will sell you a freezer at 18% interest and add on other items to "get you a discount." The salesman added items we didn't request then told us "you should try one of everything." In the end, the bill was quoted at nearly $8k! I can't find their company on the MA Corporate listing and the reviews on Google give me a red flag. There are other reviews with this same sentiment so do your research and ASK QUESTION!
I always have a full freezer and stocked shelfs! Love the convenience and the price
