Buddy with the HVAC residential side was great! He came out for a routine cleaning and went above and beyond. He even checked and fixed things that he wasn’t required to do to reassure me my system is working as designed as I was concerned with my energy bill getting increased. Couldn’t have asked for a better tech to come service my unit.

Had air conditioner go out for a couple of days, we were trying to fix it ourselves but finally gave up and called Hill Plumbing. Damien came out to work on the issue. He was prompt, he showed up before his timeframe that we were promised, very fast, and very courteous. He explained everything that he needed to do before he did the work and made sure we understood. We would definitely use Hill Plumbing again and ask for Damien by name.

Damien Shauf is truly one of a kind with Hill plumbing and air!! He’s courteous, always pays attention to detail, very intentional about getting the job done right. I’m so happy with the services I had received and the incredible insight that will keep our family in partnership with Hill Plumbing. Kudos to you all.
