After multiple appointments I gave up that I would actually see Dr. Hill. Only his staff treated me, and his staff has a high turnover rate, which is a big red flag. His staff members were mostly young and incompetent. They missed things that another orthopedic specialist found at the first appointment.
Great experience with Dr Hill but the service was very slow I got there before my appointment early before 2pm everyone else came after and I was the last one to be seen this was done to me twice I was disappointed because I was the last one to be seem that was not fair to me
I am 26 now but when i had surgery done on my ankle i was 14. Obviously it was not my choice to go to him since i was so young. It was the only place covered by state insurance and my mom chose him. Any way he did my ankle surgery and it was so messed up from day one. He was so young and anxious so hopefully now he has grown as a doctor. Any way the scar is so thick and so messed up. Dr. Hill was able to see me on short notice for a shoulder injury. He did a complete and accurate diagnosis and has me on the road to recovery. Dr. Hill and his staff were very personable and professional and I highly recommend!
I visited here after an ankle injury for follow up and x rays. Rachel was so kind along with all of the staff I encountered. Judy was very helpful and Sam was thorough with testing which led to diagnosis. He was clear with the next steps to take to make a full recovery. Happy with my visit!
