I was referred to him in error however, the PA and the medical assistant were much more personable and much nicer than him. he did not even look at me when he came in the room. no examination.. he just typed in the computer that was falling apart in room 6 and didn't even look at me! he only said I can give you PT and a back brace. he told me and I quote: "theres no spinal surgeon that will take your insurance and operate on you, so you're basically stuck" And sent me on my way with tears in my eyes and no hope. I liked the check in process and with the pager because it does let you know that you are in the queue. The staff was very courteous and on top of their responsibilities. Dr. Hill was right on point, he treated my 87 year old mother and the outcome was very positive. This is the first time seeing Dr. Hill and I would go back to him as well as refer.
Dr. Hill, is amazing. A man of a few words but great at what he does... His staff is also nice helpful and supportive. 🤗😁
