no doubt they sell good equipment and have a good sales staff that is happy to sell you what you need. just know if you need something fixed or worked on in a timely manner this is not the place to go for service.
Only carry Stihl chainsaw bars and felt like I was rushed off the phone. Called for a 20" bar and chain for a Craftsman. Will head to Home Depot or Amazon and based on the auctioneer style conversation on the phone, I wouldn't plan on using in the future. Called the Andrew Jackson Way location in Huntsville. Actually stated in voicemail that I left that there's absolutely no need to call me back.
