Only carry Stihl chainsaw bars and felt like I was rushed off the phone. Called for a 20" bar and chain for a Craftsman. Will head to Home Depot or Amazon and based on the auctioneer style conversation on the phone, I wouldn't plan on using in the future. Called the Andrew Jackson Way location in Huntsville. Actually stated in voicemail that I left that there's absolutely no need to call me back.
People in sales are nice. However in service they want $100 an hour to work on a leaf blower. Totally out of line.
Under new management, their business is now called Jomos. They have some pretty good guys working there, especially Tim in the service department. Maybe the best small engine mechanic anywhere. But they have hired some young guys that don't have a clue what they're doing and they don't seem to be very careful with your equipment. I took my Toro riding mower in to have the oil changed and replace the oil plug that I had stripped and couldn't get off. After about three weeks, it was finally done.
