If I could rate above 5 stars, I would. Top tier service, quality, timing, and honest pricing. We just moved into a house and the HVAC system was in dire need of repairs. They came in and replaced the whole flue system, installed an air filter door, ran bathroom exhausts, and installed new wiring and an Ecobee unit. Everything looks great and they cleaned up after their work was finished.
I could not recommend a better company to service any of your heating or cooling needs. They took great care of me when I needed it. When my A/C was going out they kept it running the best they could for me and my family while it was very hot outside, until they could replace it. They added me into their schedule ASAP and replaced my unit in one day. The service was amazing!
Great customer service… Called late evening when we noticed AC not working and they had a tech out at 8:45 the next morning to work on it. Went above and beyond to make sure we got up and running as quickly as possible.
My desire to use a local HVAC company to service my non cooling AC unit paid off. Within an hour of contacting a same day appoint was made. The technician found the problem in 15 minutes and located the parts. The parts were not locally located and did take an hour or so to arrive. The end results was in just a few hours my AC was up and running better than it had been in years. The best part was the price was $200 less than the original estimate.
Hill Heating & Cooling has excellent customer service with prompt response to calls/inquiries, same and/or next day service with a GREAT polite, knowledgeable and on time staff! We used them several times over the years for different reasons and couldn't be more impressed with them overall. They've definitely brought back the customer care that has seemed to fade away over the years - we'd highly recommend them!!!!!!
