I also inquired into move-in assistance. Since I recently had hip & femur surgery, I need help and I asked if they provide assistance with such things as helping me unpack boxes, sorting and organizing contents (dishes, books, clothing, etc.), and clean up. I had a contractor fall through my ceiling, and had insulation and dirt ALL over my home! I was overwhelmed and frankly sick when I looked around at everything literally covered in dirt and dust.
