Very friendly environment, Love the decorations. It always feels festive in that office. I like that we are not rushed in and out like a fast food restaurant and Dr. Hill seemed to be genuinely interested in what our concerns were. Her office staff was friendly and to the point and seemed very manicured to take care of correct procedures for the office. I would recommend this Dermatology office to anyone with concerns about their skin.
45 minute wait for an early morning appointment (8:30) with only two of us in the waiting room. Follow-up to biopsy for mid-morning appointment (10:10) - and found six people in waiting room. Staff claimed they couldn't estimate a revised time. So they start with a disrespect for customers' time, and then follow that up with a poor attitude. Left with my records. Too bad, as Tamara is quite pleasant. Ultimately, you are only as good as your team.
What an absolute waste of time and money. I went to Dr. Hill for an exam since I am getting older and was concerned about various different spots and bumps that have developed over the past few years. I expected to receive information from her about which ones to be concerned about and what they were, but all I got from her was 'we just get these things when we get older.' Really?! That is all I get from a doctor?! I left the office feeling worse than when I entered.
I liked Dr. Hill as a doctor, but since she has opened her new practice her office requires a SSN before they can file a claim electronically. The billing clerk told me if I don't give my SSN that I would be responsible for the bill before leaving. They would send a claim by mail but that could take weeks before I would be reimbursed. I never give my SSN to any doctors office. Sorry Dr. Hill you lost a patient today.
Thank you Dr. Hill and staff for caring so deeply about our daughter Emma today. Sincerely, Mrs. Harris
Having her as my dermatologist for several years, I'm fed up with never having her return any phone calls, never respecting my need to talk to her in person on the phone about legitimate health concerns, having her essentially blowing me off without ever finding out what my medical concerns are. Her staff also effectively prevents any outside contact with her when I have wanted her to contact me. I'm also fed up with her PA filling my appointment time with his Christian beliefs.
I found her to be a very good and caring Doctor.
They keep rescheduling the appointment and keep pushing to see mid level providers even when the consumer does not want to see mid level provider. They keep cancelling the appointment with doctor
