Very professional and explained everything that was done.
Kyle came out to do routine maintenance on our air conditioner. Did a great job! He is very knowledgeable and I will ask for him next time we need anything done with our HVAC system. Will not use anyone else besides Hill Country refrigeration. Added a shut off switch for our air conditioner so that if the condensation tray leaks, it will stop right away.
Hope he follows up with researching the shower fixture. Tray was thorough, and helpful. Will ask for him in the future.
Kyle was on time and made a rapid diagnosis of the problem then proceeded to fix the problem in a timely manner. Job well done thank you Kyle.
Hill Country Refrigeration was AMAZING! No other word is adequate. We got up on Thursday morning, and my husband discovered the air conditioning was not working correctly. We were scheduled to pick up house guests for the week-end at the airport in Austin in early afternoon. When I called for a service call, instead of putting our call in some sort of rotation for service that day, a dispatch manager who was in the office, decided to come out and check out our problem right away.
