We just hired Richard to inspect a three-year-old home we're planning to purchase. You wouldn't expect an inspection to catch much on a relatively new home, but he was incredibly thorough and caught some items that I'm sure a budget inspection company would have missed. I would highly recommend him if you don't mind paying a little more for a quality inspection.

I highly recommend Hill Country Inspections. If you're looking for a home inspection in the Austin TX area, you won't be disappointed. Very detailed work, thorough, yet easy to understand. I'm very glad I decided to hire them, and would suggest them to friends and family!
