Great realtor with tenacity and drive as well as compassion for both us, as the sellers, but also for the circumstances of the buyer. While it took a while to get the house sold as it was a somewhat unique property, Richmond kept his focus on our property and used many different tactics to inspire other realtors to show the property to their clients. Richmond is easy to talk to and is willing to listen and guide his clients through the process.
Richmond is great! Super knowledgeable and always available and If he’s not (which is rare) he makes sure someone is. I would frequently ask for showings with less than 24hr notice and he would make it happen somehow. Super quick on the texting which was extremely helpful when random questions come up. Literally at all hours any day. He’s also up on tech which is much easier - barely any paper during the offer process. 5 stars all around!
We were so thankful to have Richmond with Hill Country Dream Team working with us to sell our home. Richmond is extremely proficient and demonstrated great patience with all our questions. Richmond and team did a great job in selling our house. He gave us accurate information, realistic expectations, and in the closing, worked hard to cover every aspect of the negotiations. Once the offer was made, and accepted by us, there was a push to close. Richmond was great at helping us navigate the process, including house inspection, repair negotiations, and rental particulars.
Richmond is a loyal and smart working Guy. He understands what a customer needs. Richmond is just doing great.
