File grievance with Partnership if no one ever filed paperwork I’ve been waiting to see a neurologist for MS for over four years. What the hell is going on?
They really don’t fill prescriptions on time. I spent 6 weeks trying to fill my diabetes meds and blood pressure meds and I was calling and leaving messages, talking to people who said they’d leave a note etc. my husband even went down in person and still no response. Finally I called and asked if I needed to make an appointment and they said that’s what they’d been waiting on….. they couldn’t have told me within that 6 weeks I was calling asking for answers???? Quick and efficient, with amazing staff. I was barely sitting down in the waiting room when they called me back for my appointment, the staff was so friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend a family and friends
If you need pain meds don't go here, I've been in terrible pain with my neck and ears, and the right side of my abdomen, 5 yrs and now my side has pain is my entire abdomen around to my right kidney.
