I love working with Shermina at Hill & Co. She responds quickly, gives me great advice, and is always on top of things.I recently had to move all the furniture out of my unit and she helped me every inch of the way. She responded quickly to the movers as well. It's never easy dealing with a management company, but Shermina's the best.

Disaster. 5 months of disaster, a mess, cant get through, cant get things done. Our building pays them over a million dollars a year. You’re better off moving out of your building than to have them managing it.

I wish I could give them no stars. This management company is completely inadequate. Access to my building was broken over a week ago. Hill & Co has been unresponsive to emails, will not arrange or communicate a repair, and will not provide me with a replacement physical key to enter my building. Additionally, the fire alarm system has been malfunctioning for over a week; no one has responded to my requests for repair.

Zero stars. Not responsive with their email, internal ticket system, or their emergency line. I’ve tried calling the emergency line during business hours and no one picks up. Given the other 1 star ratings, I’m not the only one. The Bay Area team has an incredibly high turnover and did not show a sense of urgency, even when contacted multiple times.
