I had neighbors doing illegal drugs and threatening me. No smoking is in the lease and that witnessed it. They did nothing. I ended up moving.
I've lived in one of the properties for 3yrs. Any issue I have called about someone is her WITHIN 48 hrs and its fixed right...the first time. Love this place and their service
In my experience this is not a good company to rent from. They do not provide good customer service. They do not put forth the effort to do quality work with presented with issues.
Hill City was my property management company through November 2014-November 2015. We had a leaking roof at our property and we were informed. I told them to send a repair man out. I called them before they closed for the day to ask them if they were able to fix the roof and they said they did not have anyone to send out.
