Dr. Jacobs is professional and has a pleasant demeanor. In my opinion, she's the best Podiatrist in the Lynchburg area. Very knowledgeable and experienced. My appointments are always joyful!

Won't lie. I don't do doctors. But that young lady assistant always makes my day. She is so pleasant, honest and so kindhearted. Definitely worth my trip. GOD BLESS YOU MISS KELSEY...
I was not particularly happy with the service but thought she was a good doc. Unfortunately when she overcharged me by $40, she said she sent me a check which I never received. Her office staff, when I call, apparently do not tell her and I've never received that money. This is Dr. Jacqueline Jacobs of whom I speak. I hope it is not her fault, I believe it is the office staff. At least I hope so.
