I was not particularly happy with the service but thought she was a good doc. Unfortunately when she overcharged me by $40, she said she sent me a check which I never received. Her office staff, when I call, apparently do not tell her and I've never received that money. This is Dr. Jacqueline Jacobs of whom I speak. I hope it is not her fault, I believe it is the office staff. At least I hope so.
My husband sees Dr Jacobs and I have a group home and 5 of our individuals see her for diabetic foot care and nail trim . She’s become a true friend through the years and very professional. We highly recommend her and this business.

Love the Dr.! She does a wonderful job with my husbands feet. Not only is concerned about him but also for the person who is taking care of him. She is always asking how the care person is doing but also if I have enough help to care for him properly.
It was a horrible experience and I get sick every time I think about it. My son, paralyzed and in a wheelchair, had two ingrown toenails. We went here only because it was the quickest appointment. No one took his blood pressure or temperature and no one went over the medication he is on, and he is on ALOT! The doctor began cutting away on his toes WITHOUT cleaning his feet at all!
