I just wanted to tell my story how I lost my key to my Dodge Nitro and I couldn't get any assistance from any other dealerships until I found Hills Automotive. This isn't about a car buying experience rather than just good old friendly customer service. Lack of service before and after sale... I was in the market for a specific vehicle and had come across one I was looking for online particularly from Hill Automotive. I called Hill Auto and told them I would be up the next day at 11:30am to take a look. They replied that the vehicle would be all ready and waiting.I arrived, found the truck on the lot, had to go in to find the salesman after 15 minutes at his desk.
