I designated HiLites Hair Studio in Linglestown as my go-to place for hair care after my first visit. Guys, give this place a try. Frances, a co-owner, cut my hair and did a splendid job. I liked the way she blended the sides into the longer hair on top of my head. The topping on the cake was getting my hair washed after the cut as part of the service. I've known the owners for over 15 years and these ladies will go above and beyond for ANYONE!! Fast and efficient doesn't before to cover them! Plus they have kitties as greeters how can you not want to live there!!!!
