Where do I start!!?? This place is ONLY in the business to take Advantage of people/families after a loved one passes. The INSANE Pocket Gouging this place does should be Criminal. How does a place like this expect a family to afford the thousands they want to charge!?? Again, they are not interested in compassion nor helping a grieving family, LITERALLY it was "give us money or we can do nothing." Jerry is amazing! Very helpful and compassionate in my time of grief. He gave me amazing advice when dealing with another mortuary which in the end saved me a couple thousand dollars so huge thank you to Hilgenfeld Mortuary and more so to Jerry for all your help!!! My family has done services twice now through Hilgenfeld and will (hopefully not in the near future) continue to do so. Again, THANK YOU!!!
