Terrible...DO NOT PATRONIZE!!! I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Hiley VW. My vehicle has been at the dealership for nearly a month, and I still do not have a completed repair, a clear diagnosis or an itemized invoice explaining what is wrong with my vehicle, which is a 2012 VW EOS, A CAR THEY BUILT! If I could leave no stars, I would. This is the worst VW dealership I have ever dealt with! I am extremely disappointed with my experience and lack of knowledge regarding their OWN car at Hiley Volkswagen. I currently have a 2018 Volkswagen Tiguan that has been sitting in the Hiley service department for 44 days since October 21, 2024. It is waiting on a new Fuel Injector Wiring Harness, which is apparently a common part to go out on the 2018-2019 Tiguan models. The faulty wiring harness is so common, that Volkswagen extended the warranty on them to 10 years or 120,000 miles. I have never had a bad service experience with Hiley until now. Hiley VW of Huntsville doesn't stand behind their warranties especially if you purchase your VW from another dealer!!! I was told by Manager he wouldn't work with me regarding my issues with car because I didn't buy car from Hiley. I was told car was wrecked and refused to repair. This went on for 3 years. They refused work when engine light came on for vent issue over 2 years after telling me car was wrecked.
