I called him to get an estimate on replacing my hot water storage tank that is fed by my boiler. He came over and looked everything over and told me he will get back to me with an estimate. HE NEVER GOT BACK TO ME. I called him about 7 days ago and told him I had no heat and hot water and I believe that my boilers inducer motor needed to be replaced and it was an emergency. HE STILL HASN'T GOT BACK TO ME. I'LL TAKE THIS AS HE'S NOT RELIABLE AND DOESN'T KEEP HIS WORD. He seemed like a very nice guy but nobody I could rely on.... read more
Chris has been my heating guy for several years.He just installed my new furnace today and I couldn't be happier .He does great work and always honest , reasonable and a great guy to talk to .I highly recommend him.
