For a "tortilla factory," you practically have to beg for them (they aren't worth begging for, unless you like them stale, then go ahead.) Overall, the menu is beyond limited, the salsa is glamorized spicy water, and the service is slow. Get your Mexican food fix elsewhere.
Great value for the money. The chips and salsa were great. My husband had the chicken enchiladas. My daughter and I shared a combo fajitas. We all thought our food was great. The service was great too!
We love Hilda's!! It's become our "go to place". Fresh food, great customer service and always busy but never to busy for a smile and a laugh.

We love this place Food is always fresh and Staff is friendly. We stay at Oakwood RV and Hildas is across the street. I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE IF U EVER COME DOWN TO FREDRICKSBURG.
