RecommendedTheir ‘old’ advertisement said ‘Best Mexican Food in Fredericksburg’,...I’d have to say that that’s a pretty limited scope... I’d say it’s the Best Mexican Food in the entire Pedernales Valley,.. if not even a larger radius than that. Excellent flavors, excellent prices,.. excellent service... what else could you possibly ask for?
Oh my goodness, Hilda’s was DELICIOUS!! I have drank a lot of margaritas but hands down Hilda’s was the best I have ever, yes ever had. The food and service was amazing. We ate here the last night in Fredericksburg— I wish we’d found it earlier in the week so we could go back. 🌮
We spent a couple days in Fredericksburg (me and my 14 yr old) and we ate at Hilda’s both mornings! Food was delicious and they were quick to serve the order. 1 morning I did to-go and the other was dine in. Simply delicious! I absolutely recommend checking Hilda’s out! Attached list was the delicious migas 🤤🤤

Great traditional indoor Mexican cuisine
Love them and all their food. Love their salsa, but needs to come out in a bowl and hate that you have to pay four dollars for another small container
This is outstanding Mexican food made on the premises.
Very good and not too expensive. Classic Tex Mex and South of the border specialties. The crispy beef taco plate was delicious. Chips and salsa was so good we had to get some to go.
