We upgraded our service and they installed electric for our hot tub. What can I say? Their customer service was nothing short of incredible. When I texted John on a weekend about an issue I was having with something that Hilbrich installed for me a few months ago, I received a response from him right away with a suggestion of what was probably going on and a temporary fix I could try.
