Used to work here and now Im having issues with a vehicle and they do not take it or anything serious. BEWARE! THEY SELL LEMONS! Purchased a used vehicle from Hilbish Ford in October in "As-Is" condition, only to discover the transmission is dead. Had our personal mechanic inspect it and he confirmed there is NO WAY Hilbish did not know about this problem. This was NOT disclosed in any way when we purchased the car. "As-Is" condition agreements are only valid if ALL information is disclosed at time of sale. We dropped the car to them and they confirmed the transmission is dead and will cost $8000 to replace. My son bought a truck as is he signed a promissory note to bring in the money the next day. They let him take the truck home, the next morning the Check engine light came on he took it back and they did something and the light went off they said if he didn't give them the money he could be charged with a felony now mind you he was going to leave the truck there. We have responded to the customer. The customer is not welcome back into our company. There is nothing further to discuss. We have some 10 persons who witnessed this. The individual who came as his spokesperson sexually harassed, insulted, and made crude sexual comments to one of our female managers.
I went to buy a car, had all financing worked out and an agreed upon time to be there to purchase a the car. When I arrived I was told the car was already sold. When we called to talk to the manager about how we were treated, we were told that "thats just the car business".
I recently attempted to purchase a 2011 Toyota Sienna with 135k miles on it from ******* ford of Kannapolis N.C. I receive an email asking me if I was still interested I the van on 8/17. On 8/18 I attempted to call and was told the sales agent was out on the lot. I received a call telling me to come in to purchase van.
