Jay and Hillary were my realtor that helped me buy my house in OV in 2014. Just retired and moved overseas I left my house to this couple to handle selling my house and we sold the house in less than a month. They have always sent me cards for holidays for the 14 years I owned the house. Outstanding from start to finish! Working with Jay at ThePropertyAces was a genuine pleasure. He's a seasoned, exceptionally well-informed agent, and it showed at every stage of the sale. His communication was excellent. I never had to wonder where things stood, because Jay kept me updated every step of the way. When the inspection turned up several major issues that needed immediate attention, Jay didn't miss a beat. He tapped his network of trusted contacts, got the problems resolved quickly, and kept the deal on track.... read more
Best realty experience of my life! I recommend them highly. Total customer service.

As first-time international homebuyers who were relocating from out of state, we faced many unique questions and challenges before and after closing. Jay made the entire experience smoother and more reassuring. He was consistently responsive (extremely fast—often replying within minutes), knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping us. Every question we had, no matter how big or small, was answered... read more
