We can’t say enough good about The Property Aces, Jay and Hilary. We can’t say anything bad. They are very conscientious and thorough. They had 100% effort to sell our house for the best price. They offer good photography, staging, and overall marketing; very personable and available to assist you, and able to successfully negotiate through the selling process. We were no longer local, and it was great being able to rely on local professionals that could take care of what needed to be done.
Jay and Hilary did a wonderful, smooth and professional job selling our rental house. I especially appreciate they made sure our renter had stressless transition. renters are often ignored in real estate deals, but Hilary and Jay are great human beings, understanding there are more than just sellers and buyers involved and made sure everyone got a great deal
