I was visiting my mom in St Augustine and was looking for a boxing gym to pop in on while traveling! I stumbled upon Coach Ally’s hit like a girl program via Google and I honestly feel like I hit the jackpot! The environment was so welcoming! I’ve been training with Coach Ally in her adult boxing classes at Amp Gym for about a year and have had a fantastic experience so far! She absolutely knows what she is talking about and is so welcoming to all skill levels. I’ve learned a ton from her and the classes are both fun and demanding!

After hiking mountains for 6 months in Alaska I dropped so much weight that I wanted for the first time to hire a professional trainer. Ally my Ally corrected my form and pushed my limits and I was able to put on 7 pounds in my first month! Im a hard gainer, so it's quite the accomplishment. By my 3rd month at AMP I hit new PRs in squats and deadlifts. 5 stars! I would recommend to a friend!
