This place is a gem. The coach is incredibly gifted, not only in her boxing skills but also in her ability to create a welcoming and empowering space for women. She truly understands the importance of having a women-only environment where we can focus on learning the sport without intimidation. The classes are challenging, but the sense of camaraderie and support makes it a fantastic experience. Great experience! I was so happy I got to get in a few boxing workouts while visiting St. Augustine. Whether you're a fresh beginner or amateur competitor, Coach Ally will put you through a great workout -- tailored to your pace and skill level. I was initially intimidated, but everyone was very welcoming and friendly. No bullies or egos. I wish I had this gym and camaraderie closer to home!
